Job Description

Springdale Indian School Sharjah is presently searching for qualified & enthusiastic Computer Teacher. The successful candidate main role will be to promote computer literacy among students. The aspirant for this job role must be from Sharjah or Ajman. This job has recently been posted on school’s career website and is open for all desirous applicants.

Job Purpose of A Computer Teacher

  • Craft and present lessons, develop teaching material and attend parent teacher conferences.
  • Ensure that equipment remains in excellent working condition.

Job Duties of A Computer Teacher

  • Planning lessons and activities that facilitate students acquisition of basic and advanced computer skills.
  • Instructing in a manner that develops students confidence in their abilities.
  • Observing and managing classroom dynamics.
  • Invigilating and grading projects, quizzes, and examinations.
  • Downloading important software updates and maintaining hardware.
  • Ensuring that the computer laboratory remains free from food and drink at all times.
  • Attending parent teacher and faculty conferences.
  • Perform any other job duty as asked by school authorities.

Who Can Apply?

Qualifications

  • A bachelor or master degree in the same field.
  •  Degree of B.Ed.

Experience & Skills

  • 2 years of UAE experience is preferable.
  • E learning knowledge is an advantage.
  • Must have excellent trouble shooting skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Computer.
