Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Alfahim in Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi, UAE will provide support and implement the compensation & benefits framework to maintain equality, fairness, transparency and market equilibrium. Manage incentive management system as per guidelines. Update and maintain job descriptions tracker and JD library. Assist in annual budgeting exercise and regularly prepare HR status reports and assist in managing and adherence to polices. Support in documenting employee investigations as and when required. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Compensation & Benefits Analyst
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in implementing overall compensation & benefits framework to maintain equality, fairness, transparency and market equilibrium.
- Assist in the creation of compensation & benefits strategy, system, policies and related analysis. Assist in managing medical, life insurances along with workmen compensation for the group.
- Incentive Management: Implement and continuously manage changes to variable pay structure including “incentive module operational management”. Ensuring smooth operation and in line with due policies.
- Handle oracle updates and regularly ensure and update alignment of plans, KPIs and accuracy in assignment in case of a new hire, promotion, change status and transfer.
- Job Description and Evaluation: prepare and update job descriptions and assist in formal job evaluations for new. And updated jobs to establish relative worth of each job within the structure to support various linked activities (e.g. budgeting, position upgrades).
- Workforce planning and Budgeting: Assist in the annual manpower planning exercise to ensure that the process is carried out in a timely manner.
- Performance Management: Manage performance management cycle including objective setting, mid year. End year reviews, feedback and coaching of staff in a timely and effective manner.
- HR Policies: Assist in review and developing HR policies and practices and continuously evaluating. And updating such policies based on business requirements and market changes.
- Assist in proposing new ways to make HR policies more accessible to employees across group for compliance.
- Reports and Documentation: Prepare monthly reports detailing HR status, highlights potential issues, opportunities and make recommendations.
- Support in documenting employee investigations as and when required.
Requirements for Role of Compensation & Benefits Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent is a plus.
- HR certifications like CIPD, SPHR & CCP is a plus.
- 3 – 5 years of minimum experience in Rewards Management/Compensation & Benefits domain within a large diversified group or with a HR consulting firm.
