Job Description

Commis III job at Abu Dhabi’s most exclusive beachfront 5-star masterpiece – Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas – as a Commis III and start your career on one of the UAE’s most prestigious islands (home to Louvre Abu Dhabi, private turtle beach and future Guggenheim) while earning AED 2,200 basic + AED 3,000–5,500 service charge = AED 65K–90K+ tax-free per year + free luxury staff villa, meals, transport, medical, flights, 30 days leave, and Rotana worldwide discounts. You’ll prep and cook for 7 restaurants (including signature Turkish, Mediterranean, Asian and beach club outlets), room service and massive VIP events in a 350+ room resort that’s always fully booked with royalty and ultra-high-net-worth guests. 48–54 hrs/week, 6 days, straight or split shifts.

Job Title

Commis III – Multi-Outlet Kitchen (Luxury Beach Resort)

Responsibilities

  • Prep & cook across 7 outlets (Turkish, Med, Asian, beach club)
  • Run basic stations under Commis I & DCDP
  • 48–54 hrs/week, 6 days, breakfast/lunch/dinner/banqueting
  • Keep station & fridges HACCP-perfect
  • Minimise waste & control costs
  • Learn luxury presentation & plating daily
  • Support big VIP events & private villa dining

Requirements

Education

Basic chef certificate or apprenticeship

Experience

1–2 years in any professional kitchen (hotel preferred)

Qualifications

  • Can work in UAE (visa sponsored)
  • Basic spoken English

Skills

  • Knife skills solid & fast
  • Work clean in 45 °C kitchen
  • Follow recipes exactly
  • Team player who helps everywhere
