As a Commis I at Beach Bay Hotel, Mirfa, you will join a passionate hospitality team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences in Abu Dhabi. Rotana is known for warm Arabian hospitality and strong career development across the Emirates.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to the hotel quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Follow recipes, portion control and food-safety procedures.
- Support the wider kitchen brigade during service.
- Assist with stock rotation and reducing food waste.
- Comply with UAE food-safety and HACCP standards.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safe handling practices.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy service.
- Team player with a passion for food.
- Eligibility to work in the UAE.
