Cluster Sales Executive at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha Accor is responsible to drive sales initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and manage client relationships across multiple properties to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities of Cluster Sales Executive

  • Achieve monthly budget goals and new business targets.
  • Set up and maintain good working relationship with all other areas of the hotel’s operations, such as Front Office, Food and Beverage, Accounting, Reservations etc.
  • Prospect by telephone cold-calling to establish territories.
  • Establish and maintain corporate accounts with clients.
  • Follow up with clients before, during and after the function/event/stay to ensure repeat business.
  • Make reservations on behalf of clients.
  • Follow-up clients who utilize property.
  • Handle complaints and pass it on to Senior Sales Manager
  • Follow-up leads provided by Global Sales Offices.
  • Research and present lost business reports at the Monthly Sales Meetings.
  • Travel though out GCC countries areas and internationally when necessary.
  • Provide Senior Sales Manager with weekly sales report.
  • Provide Banqueting Department with any leads received through corporate clients.
  •  Attend various trade shows, functions as when required.
  • Maintain familiarity with analyze the competition from other hotels which will be designated.
  • Participate in training programs.
  • React promptly to requests by Senior Sales Manager for reports and other assignments.
  • Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.
  • Promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.
  • Adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.

Requirements of Cluster Sales Executive

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in business management or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 year in similar role.
