Job Description

Responsibilities of Clinical Manager

- Collaborate with finance and billing departments to ensure accurate billing, coding, and timely reimbursement.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient financial practices.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize clinical processes and improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and standards.
- Foster a patient-centered environment by ensuring excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Address patient concerns and complaints, working to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and communication.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, departments, and other NMC Facilities as required to optimize patient care and clinic operations.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of the departments.
Role Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in clinic or healthcare management.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing practices, and clinical operations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
