An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie (Pizza)  to join Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island. The role holder will be responsible to oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island Accor UAE, ensuring high quality culinary output and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities of Chef De Partie

• Delights Guests by delivering the best Pizza, from traditional Margherita and pepperoni to the daily specials.
• Responsible for culinary operations, always ensuring pizza is hand-tossed and freshly baked right according to Company recipes and preparation methods.
• Always monitors the consumption of ingredients required for daily pizza production, minimizes food waste, and plans orders accordingly. Informs Executive Chef when fluctuations occur.
• Effectively supervises the Demi Chef De Partie Pizza and Commis Chef during baking and operations and provides the required training/coaching.
• Continually strives to improve on production methods and skills, culinary techniques, menu and recipe knowledge, product holding techniques, and presentation and delivery of the pizza products.
• Continually trains and coaches pizza making staff in production methods, baking techniques, menu and recipe knowledge, product holding techniques, and presentation and delivery of the product.

Requirements of Chef De Partie

• Completed kitchen apprentice or chefs professional course.
• 1-2 years of experience in High end Restaurants.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• In depth culinary knowledge.
• Apprenticeship or any other culinary certificate/diploma an advantage.
• Passion for seasonality and local produce.
