Chef de Partie Bakery Full-time

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie Bakery to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality bakery items, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.

Job Responsibility:

• Assist in the preparation and production of various bakery items such as bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts
• Ensure the quality and presentation of baked goods meet the standards set by the Head Baker
• Follow recipes and techniques accurately to maintain consistency in products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
• Collaborate with the pastry team to develop new recipes and menu items

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie in a bakery or pastry kitchen
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and artistic creativity
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus
