Chef de Cuisine – Residence Full-time

With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Cuisine – Residence to join our culinary team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues where you will be responsible for running the operations of our Dining Room & Kitchen which is exclusive to our residence guests and ensuring continuous quality and consistent standards to provide an enjoyable and extraordinary dining experience to our guests.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of culinary leadership experience, including experience as Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or similar role.
• Proven experience within luxury hotels, boutique hotels, upscale resorts, or fine dining restaurants.
• Strong expertise in Western cuisine preparation and presentation.
• Experience developing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service menus.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small luxury operation.
• Experience in menu costing, budgeting, and inventory management.

• Multi-cuisine experience including Mediterranean, European, Asian, and contemporary international cuisine.
• Experience creating VIP amenities, welcome gifts, and luxury in-room dining experiences.
• Culinary degree or professional culinary qualification.
• Experience opening or repositioning boutique hospitality concepts.
