At Guildhall we are collaborating with a prominent European client who is establishing a Nursery / Kindergarten in Dubai. We are actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for this exciting new venture.
Job Overview
The CEO will play a pivotal role in the successful establishment and operation of the new nursery in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of nursery operations, particularly in the UAE, and demonstrate proven leadership skills to drive the success of the institution.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
– Oversee and manage all aspects of nursery operations to ensure high-quality childcare services.
– Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Strategic Planning
– Collaborate with the board and key stakeholders to develop and execute the strategic vision for the nursery.
– Identify growth opportunities and develop plans for expansion and improvement.
Team Management
– Recruit, train, and lead a diverse team of professionals to create a positive and nurturing work environment.
– Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among staff.
Regulatory Compliance
– Ensure the nursery complies with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.
– Implement best practices to maintain a safe and secure environment for children.
Financial Management
– Develop and manage the nursery budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
– Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
Qualifications and Requirements
– Minimum 5-8 years of experience working in nurseries in the UAE.
– Proven operational experience in managing and leading nursery operations.
– German national or minimum fluent in German, with excellent proficiency in English.
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– In-depth knowledge of UAE nursery regulations and standards.
