Care Advisor Full-time

Zulekha Hospital is seeking an experienced Care Advisor to join its non-clinical team in Dubai. The Care Advisor acts as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, guiding them through the hospital’s services, treatment packages and care journey. This patient-facing role combines excellent customer service, coordination and advisory skills to ensure every patient receives a smooth, informed and compassionate experience from enquiry to follow-up.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, advising them on hospital services, specialities, packages and available treatment options.
• Guide patients through their care journey, including registration, appointment scheduling, consultations and follow-up visits.
• Explain treatment plans, estimated costs, insurance coverage and payment options clearly and accurately.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams and other departments to ensure timely and seamless patient care.
• Promote hospital health packages, campaigns and value-added services to patients where appropriate.
• Handle patient enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, referrals and conversions in the hospital’s systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient confidentiality standards and relevant healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, healthcare management, marketing or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in a customer service, patient relations, sales or advisory role, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong customer-focus, problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information or CRM systems.
• Previous UAE healthcare experience is preferred.
