Captain Teatro at Towers Rotana – and earn AED 4,500–6,000 basic + AED 6,000–10,000 average service charge = AED 120K–190K+ tax-free per year while leading a team of 4–6 waiters in this award-winning Asian fusion venue that’s packed every single night with DIFC bankers, SZR residents and weekend crowds. You’ll own table turns, upsell specials & bottles, handle VIPs & complaints, train new staff, control costs and keep the floor running like clockwork on Sheikh Zayed Road’s most happening strip. 48 hrs/week rotating shifts. Job Title

Captain / Head Waiter – Teatro Restaurant (Asian Fusion, High-Volume)

Responsibilities

  • Run 30–50 cover section solo during rush
  • Lead & train team of 4–6 waiters per shift
  • Upsell specials, wine, desserts – hit daily revenue targets
  • Perfect table maintenance & guest interaction
  • Handle VIPs, complaints & special requests instantly
  • Control breakage, wastage, running costs
  • Set up & brief pre-shift, close down properly

Requirements

Experience

2+ years Captain / Head Waiter in 4–5 star hotel or premium standalone restaurant

Qualifications

  • Flawless spoken English (additional language bonus)
  • Expert in Micros & hotel SOPs

Skills

  • Turn tables without guests noticing
  • Sell AED 1,000+ bottles with a smile
  • Train new staff in one shift
  • Stay calm when the entire DIFC walks in at 9 pm
