Responsibilities of Business Development Officer

• Research, collect and analyze data from various sources to develop databases, projects, proposals, leads and recommendations.
• Work with CRM integration, business listings & developments.
• Continuously monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Create reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
• Handling communication and correspondence.
• The officer is responsible for reaching out to potential businesses and clients and providing excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and develop an understanding of their business needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of new users and service providers registering on the platform.
• Preparing social media monthly calendar in accordance with the marketing objectives & in alignment with each platform.
• Managing the daily social media posts.
• Community management on all platforms.
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
• Should be ready for any ad hoc assignments by manager.

Requirements of Business Development Officer

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, marketing, finance or any other related field.
• 7 years of experience in similar role.

Skills & Abilities Desired

• Good communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Detail orientated and organized.
