Responsibilities of Business Development Officer
- Research, collect and analyze data from various sources to develop databases, projects, proposals, leads and recommendations.
- Work with CRM integration, business listings & developments.
- Continuously monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Create reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
- Handling communication and correspondence.
- The officer is responsible for reaching out to potential businesses and clients and providing excellent customer service.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and develop an understanding of their business needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of new users and service providers registering on the platform.
- Preparing social media monthly calendar in accordance with the marketing objectives & in alignment with each platform.
- Managing the daily social media posts.
- Community management on all platforms.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Should be ready for any ad hoc assignments by manager.
Requirements of Business Development Officer
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, marketing, finance or any other related field.
- 7 years of experience in similar role.
Skills & Abilities Desired
- Good communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Detail orientated and organized.
