Key Responsibilities for Business Development Officer at King’s College Hospital London UAE Dubai
- Identify, engage, and onboard doctors and healthcare professionals to partner with the hospital
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners, clinics, and healthcare networks
- Develop strategic outreach plans to expand the referral base and clinical partnerships
- Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Manage doctor schedules, appointments, and coordination between departments
- Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners
- Develop negotiating strategies and close new business deals
- Sign and manage contracts with clinics, non-profits, and corporate organizations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
Requirements
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare business development or medical recruitment
- Any Diploma or Degree; Bachelor’s in Business or Healthcare Management preferred
- Strong network of medical professionals in the UAE and wider GCC region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Healthcare experience with basic understanding of clinical terms
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution
