Key Requirements:
- Must have 100% proven experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics (Air, Sea & Land). No other logistics background will be considered.
- Strong track record in sales and business development, specifically within the freight forwarding sector.
- Must have an established client base and network in the UAE market.
- Driving license mandatory — ready to attend client meetings regularly.
- Deep knowledge of local and international freight processes, with a focus on Air Freight logistics.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, driving portfolio and revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Target-driven, proactive, and capable of achieving measurable business growth.
- Nationality: Non-Indian candidates only.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding domain, particularly Air Freight.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue potential.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet organizational goals.
- Prepare and present sales strategies, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
