Guildhall is currently hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading company in Dubai specializing in high-end villa renovations and luxury fit-out projects. This role focuses on driving business growth within Dubai’s premium residential market, working closely with high-net-worth clients and exclusive villa communities.
Key Responsibilities
– Generate new business through outbound sales, networking, and referrals
– Manage and convert inbound client inquiries into projects
– Build strong relationships with real estate brokers, property owners, and investors
– Present luxury fit-out and renovation solutions to clients
– Work closely with internal design and project teams to develop proposals
– Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
Requirements
– 2–6+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
– Mandatory experience in fit-out, interior design, or construction industry
– Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals
– Strong network within Dubai’s real estate or property sector is highly preferred
– Experience dealing with high-value projects and clients
– Excellent communication and client-facing skills
