Unilever presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Business Development Executive in 3CG+WGM, Mina Jebel Ali, Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Business Development Executive
- Land Category / Customer Growth drivers through execution excellence and become an SME of BGs and Core Operations in the UAE to effectively communicate, plan and land category objectives as well operational excellence.
- Manage E2E bottom Up planning and partner CD team during in Month to ensure all risks are mitigated, all opportunities are captured from account level; As well provide insights on category / channel to drive profitable and sustainable business growth and Market Share.
- Own Category Cluster bottom Up / Sprint (Volume build up by FU by Building Block- Bias & Accuracy) and Cluster/Category TTS.
- Develop Cluster/ Category Strategy & Assortment / Innovations Plan, List and Distribution.
- Highlight and mange risks as well as facilitate opportunities in M0 between CSP & CD.
- Design and & lead Customer JBPs with their respective growth ambition drivers.
- Bring insights into actions to deliver growth and market share.
- Land efficient business operations with Sub Distributor, in market execution & Budget management.
- Support country director with data & analysis for all relevant board meetings.
Requirements for Role of Business Development Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant major.
- 5+ Years Experience in Operations, sales and key account management experience preferably within FMCG industry.
- Previous client-facing experience preferred.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Excellent verbal/written communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills is required.
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision making is required.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Track record of successfully achieving commercial targets.
