Responsibilities of Business Development Associate

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events and industry publications.
• Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients for the business.
• Client Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to prospects through email, phone calls and social media to introduce company and services.
• Engage in effective communication to articulate the value proposition and benefits of products and services.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with team members to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
• Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.
• Provide regular updates to the team on market insights and potential opportunities.
• Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using CRM software.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators, sales metrics and pipeline status.

Requirements for Role of Business Development Associate

• Engineering degree in any of field i.e. Electrical, mechanical, civil or a related one.
• 2+ years of experience in similar role.
• To have Emirati Nationality.
