The Business Controller for Nespresso at Nestle in 3rd Floor, Dubai World Central HQ Building Near New Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai, UAE will be instrumental in co-piloting the CC&S departments, along with the B2C and B2B Channel Managers, to ensure that committed revenue and margin contributions are achieved. This role involves collaborating with these teams to drive business development and informed decision-making in the market. Candidate will develop comprehensive business plans, identifying gaps and opportunities to meet periodic targets. Additionally, they will consolidate sales activities across commercial channels and integrate them into the budgeting and forecasting processes. Supporting the Monthly Business Planning process is also a key responsibility, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication are essential for fostering collaboration and driving financial performance in this position. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-35000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Business Controller
- Participate in the Generating Demand strategy (sales/TTS bias) development process and ensure the plans are executed in line with the strategy.
- Optimize sales investments (ROI): Ensure that group pre/post promotion evaluation strategy is established, rolled out and central learning logs current. Ensure practices and procedures are in place to determine if Nestle performance is in line with contractual agreements.
- Preparation, analysis and communication of specific sales and TTS reporting and involvement in all GD reporting from group control. Linking actuals with DF and risk/opportunities identified.
- Monitor evolution of sales MOGE’s and advise sales organization on annual resource planning and variance tracking.
- Be the ambassador (co-pilot) between the finance community and sales teams to ensure transparency, alignment and proactive collaboration.
- Provide financial insights for business growth with customer facing supply chain initiatives and measures of success.
- Develop and leverage a global community of sales co-pilots.
- Participation in group e-commerce strategy, financial tools and justification, long term strategy & roll out.
- Improve Sales, Marketing and Finance business acumen through training and on-going financial support.
- Development of new tools, processes and best practices aligned with the center, rolled out to markets.
Requirements for Role of Business Controller
- Bachelor in Finance (Business Administration/ Finance/ Accounting).
- Must have at least 8 years of experience in Accounting/ Finance function with 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Must have experience in managing a team.
- FMCG industry experience preferred.
- Experience within a network organization (internal and external providers)
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Sustained performance in F&C functional area.
- Must have participated in local Process Efficiency and Best Practice Projects.
- Must have strong presentation skills in stakeholder management.
