Responsibilities of Bus Driver

• Safely operate a bus to pick up and drop off staff at designated locations and times.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bus interior.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents to the management promptly.
• Assist staff with boarding and exiting the bus as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger logs and mileage.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff members.

Requirements of Bus Driver

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience of 1-2 years as a bus driver or in a similar role is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Ability to operate a bus safely and responsibly.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
