Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing: Brand Marketing Manager will be working closely with a team of enthusiastic, creative and forward minded talents to step up luxury niche fragrance brand marketing plans. Using your expertise in diverse marketing functions, such as Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Category Management marketing, you will have the chance to create futuristic, transformative and disruptive marketing initiatives that feed into the brand’s strategic goals of growth and modernity. As a Marketing Manager, you will bring novelty to the team and adopt a hands-on flexible mentality to cater for the business needs.

Responsibilities of Brand Marketing Manager

  • Full 360 Marketing, from conception to implementation for a luxury niche fragrance brand
  • Concept creation, organizing production, planning, shooting and implementation of campaigns
  • Organizing PR events – project managing large events
  • Executing, implementing, and reporting on campaigns based on the marketing calendars
  • Managing with the design team to create assets for channels

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving – with a touch of luxury
  • Proficient in PR, digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus
