Responsibilities of Brand Ambassador Promotional Venues

• Fully achieve monthly lead collection targets as given by the stands manager.
• Ensure quality leads per shift based on business needs.
• Communicate efficiently to potential clients thereby increasing chance of closure.
• Promoting different projects/ events/ promotions and Leads collection at different stand locations.
• Ensure full adherence to stand operation requirements, stand cleanliness & positive attitude at all times.
• Achieve monthly tour target set by manager.
• Follow up diligently and arrange tours with interested clients.
• Keep updated on all new products and promotions.
• Always be prompt for shift timings as a courtesy to colleagues.
• As a brand ambassador, always be immaculate and engaging.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma (essential) or Hotel School Degree or diploma or equivalent (desirable)
• WSET level 1 or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality/luxury retail/stands (must).

Skills Desired

• Up selling skills.
• English language Ffuency (mandatory)/ multilingual.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in english.
• Arabic language.
