As a Board Member or Non-Executive Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of companies, bringing your wealth of experience and expertise to help them navigate the complex business landscape of the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to companies in the Middle East
- Ensure the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Monitor and evaluate the company’s performance and ensure the delivery of key objectives
- Collaborate with other members of the board to develop and execute the company’s strategy
- Act as an ambassador for the company and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role
- A proven track record of success in your industry, with key achievements that demonstrate your ability to drive business growth and innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on data-driven insights
- A deep understanding of the Middle East business landscape, with experience working in the region
