About the role
The Bellman ensures the smooth and efficient handling of guest luggage and personal belongings, while acting as a brand ambassador to warmly welcome guests. This role is focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences through anticipation, attention to detail, creativity, empathy, and personalized service, ensuring every stay exceeds expectations.

About you
You have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, along with strong customer service skills. You are friendly, approachable, and proactive in assisting guests with their needs and enquiries.
