Duties as Barista

• Be responsible to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea.
• Educating customers on company’s drinks menu.
• Making recommendations based on customer preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders.
• Ensure an excellent drinking experience for guests.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets.
• Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Qualification & Experience of Barista

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, and customer service.
