Job Description
As a Barista at Hilton, you will be responsible for providing Guests with food and drinks as requested in an efficient manner and according to proper procedure and bar regulations. This is an entry level full time job. There is no nationality and gender restriction for this job, all nationality and both males and females can apply for this job.
Responsibilities of Barista
- Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner.
- Create and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails and soft drinks etc.
- Take food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as required.
- Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.
- Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared.
- Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts.
- Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
- Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
- Practice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
Requirements of Barista
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years previous experience in similar role
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Customer Service experience .
- Ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accountable and resilient.
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
