Job Description
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support the hunting sales team in the telecom industry by managing documentation, data entry, coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless backend operations, allowing the sales team to focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities of Back Office Executive
- Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist the hunting sales team with lead management, data entry, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
- Prepare and manage sales reports, contracts, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) for smooth sales processing.
- Documentation & Record Management
- Handle customer documentation, contracts, and agreements efficiently.
- Ensure all sales documents comply with company policies and telecom industry regulations.
- Maintain an organized record of customer interactions, deals, and approvals.
- Communication & Support
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments for approvals and escalations.
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and assist in resolving administrative issues.
- Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, and handling travel logistics.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to track team performance.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a back-office, sales support, or administrative role (preferably in telecom).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
