Job Description

Al Tayer Group is currently looking for a Associate Team Leader who will be responsible to support Warehouse and Last mile Supervisor, Store Keeper in the warehouse and last mile operations, by managing the trouble shooting activities related to pick, pack, dispatch and delivery operations and to ensure customer/store order fulfilment within agreed SLA.

Responsibilities of Associate Team Leader

  • Inbound shipment physical receiving and updating the manual shipment trackers.
  • GRN submission in ECM and query response in case of handles are rejected by FSS.
  • Damage and quarantine reporting in ECM tool.
  • Liaise with warehouse inventory team and problem solving in day to day picking and packing operations.
  • GWP Tracking manual inventory management by keeping excel trackers.
  • Brand packaging management through manual trackers (Jewellery, watches, high end fashion brands etc.).
  • Assist the Personal Shoppers in fulfilling VIP customer orders by reserving the stocks on request.
  • Assist in BOL creation and communications related to Brick and Mortar transfers.
  • Support in customer order returns tracking and ensure timely processing in warehouse.
  • Preparing inventory for RTV and performing RTV inventory adjustments based on credit notes.
  • Coordination with suppliers/Vendors for RTV collection.
  • Validating customer orders with correct AWB.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Associate Team Leader are as under:

  • High School Or Intermediate.
  • 1-2  years relevant experience.

Skills Desired

  • Good Knowledge in warehouse and last mile operations gained through formal training or work experience.
  • Basic MS office knowledge and written communication.
  • Working knowledge in Warehouse management system.
