About the business area
Itmam, a wholly-owned subsidiary, provides banking operational and processing services to all Group sectors, including lending, wealth management, and ATM services. Integrated into the Group Business Services (GBS) organizational structure, Itmam operates under its own Board of Directors, comprising Group executive staff members. Its structure includes a General Manager overseeing five key operational service divisions: Consumer Operations, Corporate and Investment Banking Operations, Customer Contact Services, Treasury and Syndication Operations, and Operations Management. Notably, Tamooha, the Group award-winning operations centre initiative, is staffed exclusively by UAE national women.
In this role, your key responsibilities include
Transaction Monitoring
Identify fraudulent transactions on debit and credit cards on receipt of alerts based on the rules set up in the respective transaction monitoring systems in order to take requisite preventive action to curtail/minimize the financial loss incurred due to fraudulent transactions for the customers as well as the Bank under advise to customers. Ensure all identified frauds are reported to the respective department(s) for further analysis in order to take the necessary action.
Authorisation Support
Evaluate and take the necessary action and provide accurate response to all queries/requests/complaints related to ADCB credit/debit card received from schemes (MasterCard Int’l and Visa Int’l), acquiring member Banks, customers, merchants, and Criminal Investigation Department.
Operating Procedures
Follow all relevant operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
Customer Service
Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of work experience with 1 year in Banking/Financial Services.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree from a well-recognized university.
