Assistant Store Manager – lululemon Dubai UAE Full-time

This role supports the Store Manager in all aspects of day‑to‑day store operations, therefore driving sales targets and maximising profitability while maintaining brand image and operational compliance. You will lead the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences through a clear understanding of company CX standards, individual customer needs, and competitor awareness. Consequently, as the deputy for the Store Manager, you will manage store operations in their absence, ensuring smooth workflows, effective team development, and timely resolution of disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in excellent customer service standards. Therefore, enable the fulfilment of exceptional customer experiences through clear understanding of company CX standards and individual customer needs.
• Drive the store team to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times, with an awareness of current trends and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with support teams. Provide regular relevant feedback to Marketing, Buying, and Planning departments.
• Drive sales and take initiative to increase revenue through keen awareness of set KPI targets. Therefore, manage and implement all sales promotions and brand activities.
• Maximise sales opportunities through clear and consistent communication with Buying and Planning departments.
• Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Deal with any potential disruptions to the business in a timely manner.
• Implement, manage, and maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines to minimise stock loss and damage.
• Manage and develop store teams to maximise profitability, ensuring operational compliance and alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or High School certificate. A qualification in a Retail‑related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum 4–5 years of industry experience in retail, with proven management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales promotions, and brand activity execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with support teams (Marketing, Buying, Planning).
• Ability to manage store operations independently in the absence of the Store Manager, including handling disruptions.
• Knowledge of stock loss prevention and operational compliance policies.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
