Alshaya Group is actively looking to hire suitable candidate for job role of Assistant Store Manager for its Alo Yoga brand which is a Los Angeles based premium lifestyle brand specializing in luxury activewear in UAE. Responsibilities of Assistant Store Manager
- Work with the Store Manager to achieve the store objectives.
- Ensure highest levels of customer service is provided by staff and that they have skills and support required to maximise sales.
- Work with variety of different departments to maintain the effective operation of the store.
- Provide feedback to the store, brand and area managers about staff and products.
- Deputize for the Store Manager during periods of leave.
Requirements for Role of Assistant Store Manager
- Bachelors degree or diploma is business administration, retail management or related field.
- At least 3 years retail experience (ideally at a supervisory level).
- Previous management or supervisory experience in retail and a passion for customer service.
Skills Desired
- Understanding of fashion retail.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal (Arabic language skills are also an advantage).
- PC literacy.
- Go interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
