Assistant Sales Manager Albatha Group Dubai

Assistant Sales Manager (Built in Appliances) at Albatha Group in Level 22, Boulevard Plaza, Tower 1, Suite 2204, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE will consistently meet or exceed the assigned individual sales and collection objectives to contribute towards the achievement of the overall departmental and company objectives including growth in market share. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure processing and delivery of orders on time towards customer delight.
• Prompt trade servicing in terms of negotiations, complaint handling, coordination with supply chain, credit control and service departments towards smooth trade functioning.
• Business Performance: Achievement of assigned sales, margin and collection targets in the assigned area customers.
• Achievement of value targets under sales objectives to minimize the loss of business opportunities and increase market share.
• Ensure the product approval with project and institutional clients.
• Introduce customized marketing activities to ensure quantity sales.
• Professionalism: Actively ensure slow moving items are promoted and sold off to ensure better inventory flow.
• Conduct market surveys as requested or as needs arise.
• Monitor competition activities and provide regular MIS to the sales management for proactive actions.
• Liaising with logistic, service/installation dept to ensure smooth project execution.
• Leadership: Ensure proper model mix sales to avoid products moving into slow moving category.
• Bring innovative ideas into sales process to achieve business objectives.

Requirements for Role of Assistant Sales Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project/institutional sales of Built in Appliances/Kitchen Appliances/Consumer Electronics products in UAE market through Govt, Semi-Govt, Contractor, Consultant & Real Estate Developer.
• B2B channels having valid UAE driving license.
