Job Description

Run the hottest new beach club in Dubai – Nuska Beach at the iconic wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel – as Assistant Outlet Manager and earn AED 14,000–18,000 all-in tax-free (basic + high service charge from Russian/European/Arab VIPs) + free beachfront staff villa, meals, transport, medical, flights, 30 days leave, and legendary Jumeirah worldwide staff rates while leading a 40-person team in one of the city’s most photographed, high-revenue venues (day beds, cabanas, sunset DJs, premium bottles). Job Title

Assistant Outlet Manager – Nuska Beach Club (Premium Day-to-Night Venue)

Responsibilities

  • Run full operation of Nuska Beach (200+ covers, beds, cabanas)
  • Lead 40-person team with Jumeirah warmth & energy
  • Drive bottle sales, upsell packages, hit AED 150k–300k+ daily revenue
  • Perfect table turns, VIP handling, DJ & entertainment coordination
  • Control costs, inventory, cash, cash, cash & labour to budget
  • Deliver 95 %+ mystery shopper & guest satisfaction scores
  • Create the vibe – music, lighting, service flow, social media moments

Requirements

Experience

3–5 years Assistant Manager in luxury beach club / 5-star F&B (Nikki Beach, White, Drift, Bla Bla, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Flawless English + Russian or Arabic huge bonus
  • Proven P&L & upsell track record

Skills

  • Turn a AED 1,000 table into AED 5,000 without trying hard
  • Lead big teams in 40 °C heat with a smile
  • Know premium spirits & champagne lists inside out
