Assistant Marketing Manager – Automotive Dubai, United Arab Emirates Full-time

This role drives 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social media, OOH, radio, events, and showroom activations for premium automotive brands at Al Tayer Motors. You will prepare media and creative briefs aligned with business objectives, coordinate campaign timelines and budgets, then monitor performance to optimise ROI and engagement. Consequently, your collaboration with regional sales teams, OEM partners, and creative agencies directly enhances brand visibility, market presence, and business growth across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns including digital, social media, OOH, radio, events, and showroom activations.
• Prepare media and creative briefs aligned with business and campaign objectives, therefore ensuring clear direction for agencies.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on data insights.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and automotive product positioning across all marketing materials and channels.
• Work closely with the regional sales team to implement local marketing initiatives and support CRM campaigns (email, SMS, customer lifecycle journeys).
• Regularly review the website to ensure all content, pricing, and product information are accurate, working with the digital team to implement updates.
• Track campaign KPIs such as lead generation, conversions, and web traffic, therefore leveraging analytic tools and dashboards to measure customer behaviour and campaign impact.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, ordering, finance, aftersales) to align marketing plans, and facilitate communication between OEM and internal teams to maintain brand alignment.
• Coordinate with creative and media agencies to ensure timely, quality delivery of marketing activities. Assess media plans and optimise allocations for senior management approval.
• Track marketing spend, assist in budget control, improve workflows, maintain SOPs, and support billings and finance submissions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline, preferably Business Administration in Marketing.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• 2–3 years of experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with CRM and budgeting tools.
• Relevant experience and understanding of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Experience with events is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams, OEMs, and external agencies.
