Job Description

Apparel Group presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Assistant Manager – Park at IBN Battuta Mall, Dubai, AE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 7000-15000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process. Responsibilities

  • Function as the Assistant Manager on Duty (AMOD) and confidently function in and train all Team Member roles and responsibilities.
  • Adopt and maintain Sky Zone standards, policies, and procedures at all times, including but not limited to Waiver (Participant Agreement) Policy, court rules, Guest service, food safety, etc.
  • Provide the team with a welcoming and mutually supportive work environment.
  • Resolve Guest service issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure Team Members are knowledgeable about all products, programs and promotions offered.
  • Ensure inventory is managed appropriately.
  • Ensure the park is clean, organized and ready always.
  • Supervise weekly inspections of the courts, court maintenance projects, and inventory to ensure all Sky Zone standards are met or exceeded.
  • Complete and maintain injury and incident records and follow-up with injured Guests as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Role of Assistant Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or a field specific to the industry.
  • 2 years of experience in the relevant field or industry.
