Assistant Manager – Inside Sales (UAE) Full-time

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to play a dual role in ISV (Independent Software Vendor) incubation and outbound demand generation.

This position is critical for building early-stage pipeline, identifying new ISV partners, and driving go-to-market (GTM) execution. The ideal candidate will balance partner onboarding with proactive customer outreach to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.

Responsibilities

ISV Discovery & Incubation (50%)

• Identify, profile, validate, and onboard new ISVs
• Support ISV lifecycle from discovery to incubation
• Coordinate with presales and technical teams for onboarding and enablement
• Assist in hyperscaler platform setup (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Work with legal teams for contracts and compliance processes

Demand Generation (50%)

• Execute outbound sales activities (calls, emails, digital outreach)
• Generate and nurture early-stage leads across customer segments
• Drive pipeline creation and opportunity development
• Convert leads from MQL to SQL through structured qualification

Marketing & GTM Alignment

• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, webinars, and events
• Utilize marketing content and solution playbooks for outreach
• Support execution of GTM initiatives and targeted campaigns

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking
• Monitor pipeline progress and conversion metrics
• Ensure reporting discipline and data accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in inside sales, demand generation, or partner onboarding
• Experience in B2B technology, cloud, or partner ecosystems preferred
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is an advantage
• Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
