Responsibilities of Assistant Manager Digital Platform

• Responsible for ensuring the delivery of periodic Report/Dashboards for Management, analyzing any new requirements and supervising the implementation, new acquisitions tracking, perform analysis, streamlining the reporting process through various reporting and analytical tools.
• Work closely with Manager for designing and developing comprehensive analytical packs for Business Banking Liability and Asset products for higher management and review them monthly with the stakeholders to measure the sales and overall portfolio growth.
• Provide regular feedback to management on the performance of the various Business Banking Liability and Asset products.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reports (Sales, Portfolio & Financials).
• Prepare daily dashboards for leadership team to understand the lead movement and daily sales achievements against the budget.
• Support Business Banking digital platforms and Product team with ad hoc data and analysis requirements as needed.
• Support business heads and their teams with all BI needs.
• Process and track invoice payments across Business Banking projects and Digital.

Requirements of Assistant Manager Digital Platform

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, economics or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong Knowledge of Power BI, VBA excel Macros and SQL.
• Excellent Data Analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of preparing dashboards using Power BI.
• Sound knowledge of business banking products.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in stressed environment.
