This full-time Assistant Director of Food & Beverage role at the stunning 5-star Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas (9 km private beach, next to Louvre Abu Dhabi) is the best F&B leadership job in the capital right now – you’ll run 10+ outlets, beach club, pool bars, in-villa dining, and massive banqueting for one of Abu Dhabi’s most exclusive resorts. Direct report to the DOFB, full P&L responsibility, team of 150+. Pay is AED 20,000–25,000 basic + AED 8,000–12,000 service charge = AED 28k–37k+/month tax-free + luxury single villa accommodation, annual flight, medical, duty meals, 30–45 days leave, Rotana worldwide staff rates. Job Title

Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

Responsibilities

  • Full P&L ownership for all F&B outlets & banqueting.
  • Lead & develop 150+ F&B team members.
  • Drive revenue, GOP, guest satisfaction scores.
  • Menu engineering, concept development, seasonal promotions.
  • Oversee VIP service, private dining, beach events.
  • Control payroll, cost of sales, inventory.
  • Work with marketing on festivals & collaborations.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years as F&B Manager / Asst DOFB in 5-star luxury resorts (GCC experience mandatory).

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (Arabic highly preferred).
  • Eligible to work in UAE.

Skills

  • Full P&L & budgeting mastery.
