Key Responsibilities for Assistant Associate Professor in Economics at Al Ain University Al Ain

• Develop and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Economics and related areas of specialization.
• Teach subjects such as Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Development Economics, and International Economics.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance and sustain academic success.
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals indexed in recognized databases such as Scopus.
• Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations where applicable.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Economics or a closely related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven teaching excellence at the university level.

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both oral and written.
• Advanced use of technology in the education process, including e-learning systems.
