Analyst – Investor Relations Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Full-time

This role serves as the primary point of contact with buy‑side and sell‑side analysts and investors, therefore managing quarterly earnings, conference calls, and shareholder inquiries for a listed company. You will analyze sell‑side financial models, assess broker reports, and monitor market performance to formulate IR and business strategy. Consequently, your bilingual (Arabic & English) communication, valuation expertise, and understanding of corporate governance will directly influence investor confidence and company positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for buy‑side and sell‑side analysts and investors, therefore managing all external IR communications.
• Assist in analyzing sell‑side financial models and assessing broker reports and market opinion on the company and industry, then use insights to formulate IR and business strategy.
• Serve as the point of contact for shareholder inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Understand local compliance regulations for listed companies, therefore remaining familiar with applicable corporate governance requirements.
• Assist with preparing corporate presentations and all IR communication materials for investors, plus prepare quarterly financial releases.
• Oversee and manage quarterly earnings and conference calls, coordinating logistics and messaging.
• Conduct research and analysis of peers, sectors, and markets. Monitor market performance and undertake feedback and perception studies.
• Assist with analysis of capital markets data, then analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
• Perform in a high‑pressure environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. An MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in an investment firm, with a background in valuation and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Understanding of local compliance regulations for listed companies and corporate governance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage quarterly earnings processes, conference calls, and shareholder communications.
• Experience with sell‑side financial models, broker report analysis, and market perception studies.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
