Job Purpose
Provide professional administrative and front-of-house support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Act as the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors, handling enquiries efficiently, courteously, and confidentially. Support school operations through effective administration, attendance management, student sign-in/out procedures, and coordination of school events and activities.
The role also includes supporting the planning and delivery of the school’s Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) programme by coordinating schedules, maintaining attendance records, liaising with parents and external providers, and ensuring clear communication across the school community. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a busy school environment. Education:
- Good general education appropriate to the post
- Excellent written and spoken English
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar field

- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
