Administrative Assistant | Receptionist | UAE National , Dubai, United Arab Emirates Full-time

This role directs communications between colleagues and customers, verifies customer information, and supports the operations team with scheduling, data entry, bookkeeping, and monthly reporting. You will be the first point of contact for clients, therefore your ability to gather and analyze customer data directly helps improve service strategies. The position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals, offering a pathway to grow within one of the leading companies in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct communications between colleagues and customers, therefore ensuring smooth information flow across the operations team.
• Verify customer information accurately, updating CRM systems and maintaining data integrity for all client records.
• Support the operations team by organizing schedules, coordinating events, and managing calendar bookings.
• Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice tracking and expense logging.
• Maintain office equipment and supplies, reporting any malfunctions or shortages to management promptly.
• Complete monthly reports on customer interactions, operational metrics, and administrative activities.
• Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and provide frontline reception support with professional courtesy.
• Gather and analyze customer data to help understand the client base, then suggest improvements for existing service strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) with a minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral communication skills in English and Arabic to effectively convey customer needs to management and sales personnel.
• Strong written communication skills for emails, documentation, and monthly reporting.
• Basic computer proficiency including CRM software, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and telephone systems.
• Punctual with strong time‑management skills, therefore able to provide customer support within scheduled timelines.
• Top quality analytical skills to gather and interpret customer data, then propose strategy improvements.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Positive, switched‑on attitude with tenacity and commitment to learn processes, products, and services.
