Job Description
Transguard Group presently has a job opening for qualified and experienced candidate for the position of an Accounts Payable Analyst in Dubai. The selected candidate will provides analytical support as a member of the accounts payable team.
Duties of Accounts Payable Analyst
- Prepares analyses and reports for the accounts payable team, makes recommendations for changes to methods and processes based on the analyses prepared.
- Prepares statistical reporting.
- Resolves moderately complex accounts payable issues and problems.
- Builds and maintains relationships with other Finance disciplines and work teams.
- Executes special projects as assigned.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and develops partnerships to drive performance that aligns to organizational goals and strategies.
- Influences the organization by demonstrating knowledge of the business to provide guidance to support the decision making process and guiding the business towards positive results and organizational alignment.
- Evaluates business environment using measures to mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities.
- Interprets financial data by analyzing trends, variances, opportunities and risks to provide insight to stakeholders regarding financial impact to drive business improvement.
- Evaluates financial results against targets to communicate conclusions to all stakeholders.
- Ensures integrity of financial data by investigating variances and determining corrective actions to resolve identified issues.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Accounts Payable Analyst are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role.
