Transguard Group is hiring a Site Team Leader for its Integrated Facility Services (IFS) Landscaping Services division, deployed at Nakhali Lodges in the UAE. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day landscaping and soft services activities on site, coordinate the gardening crew, and ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to client quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the landscaping team at the assigned site.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safe working practices, and client site rules.
- Maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and consumables in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with the Supervisor, client representatives, and team members.
- Maintain attendance, timesheets, and basic operational records on site.
- Train and guide gardeners on landscaping techniques, irrigation, and maintenance standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Foreman, or Charge Hand in landscaping or soft services.
- Knowledge of basic horticulture, irrigation, and landscape maintenance practices.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good spoken English; additional languages an advantage.
- Ability to work outdoors in UAE weather conditions.
