Information Technology Business Partner Emirates Transport Dubai

Emirates Transport is seeking an Information Technology Business Partner to serve as the primary liaison between their business units and IT function. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and executives, driving business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management. You will play a critical role in aligning IT initiatives with business goals, identifying technology risks and opportunities, and fostering innovation to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage. This is a mid level full time role. For this position salary can range between 15000 to 30000 AED/month.

Duties of An Information Technology Business Partner

•  Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and business executives, acting as a trusted advisor on technology.
• Align IT strategy with business objectives, identifying technology needs and facilitating the development and implementation of business solutions.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to develop and implement solution roadmaps.
• Ensure compatibility of solutions with organizational standards through collaboration with architecture and operations teams.
• Educate stakeholders on IT service offerings and promote technology to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
• Lead business case development for IT solutions, monitor IT delivery against business expectations, and evaluate new solution opportunities.
• Conduct business analysis, prepare recommendations and business plans, and participate in strategic and budgetary planning processes.
• Participate in field research for new solutions, analyze and write RFP/RFI documents, and contribute to evaluation processes in collaboration with other IT teams.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Information Technology Business Partner are as under:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Computer Science / Information Systems / Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in business technology strategy development, solution implementation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interface effectively at C-level and with functional heads.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technology initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Certification in relevant IT methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile) is a plus.
