NAFFCO is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Store In-Charge at Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 10000-20000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.
Responsibilities of Store Incharge
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase store profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.
- Managing a team of store employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs while minimizing carrying costs.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the purchasing and stores team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements for Role of Store Incharge
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a store incharge or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
