Store Incharge NAFFCO Dubai

NAFFCO is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Store In-Charge at Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 10000-20000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Store Incharge

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase store profitability and achieve sales targets.
• Ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.
• Managing a team of store employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs while minimizing carrying costs.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the purchasing and stores team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements for Role of Store Incharge

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a store incharge or similar role in an industrial setting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
