Responsibilities of Waiter/Waitress

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guests have everything they need.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements of Waiter/Waitress

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience of 1-2 as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
