Junior Supply Planner BFL Group Dubai UAE

The Junior Supply Planner at BFL Group in TechnoPark, Dubai, UAE is responsible to monitor and maintain current inventory levels for shops/warehouse when need it. Candidate is liable to maintain database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Junior Supply Planner

• Coordinate with 3PL warehouse daily basis get the updated available box or transfer details.
• Monitor the stock moments from 3PL WH to shop or their warehouse.
• GRN uploading after 3PL received the delivery.
• Upload consignments shipments PO for export shops
• Check Shop level GRN after receiving the deliveries and do the Adjusting Excess and Short.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and logistics for delivery daily and weekly basis for Exports shops.
• Analysis monthly invoice from 3PL, Data are matching with their record.
• Price related issues check with concern team and FIX.
• Coordinate with IT to fix issues warehouse and shop related.
• Follow up with the production team, Assigned or requested task are completed.
• Check WH inventory to move non eligible stocks.

Requirements for Role of Junior Supply Planner

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Excellent knowledge of inventory management software such as NetSuite, Fishbowl, and Zoho Inventory.
• In depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
