Salesforce Technical Architect Deloitte Dubai

Deloitte is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect that will be able to to understand requirements, analyse complex business processes, and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. This is a mid level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 10000 AED to 20000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview process.

Duties of A Salesforce Technical Architect

• Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive technical designs, including data models, integration strategies, and custom development solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and optimization techniques.
• Oversee the implementation and configuration of Salesforce platform components, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and releases, leveraging new functionalities to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
• The candidate must be inquisitive about the enhancements, changes as part of Salesforce releases, industry changes and motivate team to align with latest trends in the industry and technology.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Salesforce Technical Architect are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8+ years of experience in delivering Salesforce solutions.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in DevOps processes and tools like JIRA, BitBucket, Bamboo, etc.
• Experience with data migration and data management strategies in Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Application Architect.

Knowledge & Skills Desired

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and support.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Expert understanding of Design Patterns and Architectural Styles
• Integration experience with on-premises systems leveraging platforms such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi or Informatica
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices.
