Responsibilities of Ticket Reservation Agent
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with ticket reservations and travel inquiries.
- Provide detailed information on travel options, schedules, and fare details.
- Process ticket bookings, cancellations, and changes accurately.
- Ensure all transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and customer interactions.
- Stay updated with airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements of Ticket Reservation Agent
The requirements for the said job are as following.
- High School Diploma is plus.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a ticket reservation agent or in a similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Proficiency in reservation systems and computer applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
